The Next Lashers Tour is in

The next tour will be on Tuesday 19th May 2026 through to Sunday 24th May 2026 in Benidorm Spain

We will be staying at the Villaitana Benidorm, Terra Mitica - 03500 Benidorm, Alicante, Spain
There are 3 rounds of golf played at the resort on Thursday (Levante), Friday (Poniente) and Saturday (Levante again).
It was decided to have a 2 team event of playing Blue vs Red team, whereby you are in the buggy with the person on your team (no exceptions unless you’re a 3 ball).

A card for each team should be completed along with your score for each hole and based on your Stableford score for the hole.

If you are in a 3 ball then (for the team competition) you play the alternate player each hole, i.e. Day 1 Al Kallas vs Fletch on hole 1 (winner of these 2 gets a point for the hole) and then Bob vs Fletch on hole 2 alternating and the point or half awarded from there.

Winner of the hole is the player who scored the most points for that hole (allowing for handicap)

Maximum allowed handicap for the tour is 28 (Booooo) and then the WHS applied for each course on the day, so Westy doesn’t get to play off his massive 30.9 to start with.

Chris will be placing cards in each buggy for you to complete.

All players should score their card and hand it in to Craig at the end of each round to have Stableford scores applied. Failure to hand a card in with your name on it and a score for each hole will void the card for the day and you will get zero points.
There will still be Nearest the pin and Longest drive competitions as usual (Amazon vouchers) but no trophy for the overall winner, which this year will be a cash prize.

The winner of each day has to wear a snazzy jacket for the night.

And as always their will be a tour shirt which will be worn on the Saturday.
The order of play is not hard and fast as we may wish for the 3 ball to go out first or someone might need to be back in bed before 5:00pm. However the exception is Saturday when Craig needs to be out first as he will collect the scores at the end of the rounds to add to the leaderboard to work out the overall winner.
